Both. Lucky's Construction handles full roof replacements, tear-offs, and targeted repairs. After the inspection, we'll tell you honestly whether a repair will do the job or whether replacement makes more sense.
How much does a new roof cost?
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the number of layers to tear off, decking condition, and the materials you choose. We give you a written estimate after looking at your roof in person — no guessing over the phone.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Book a time on the calendar and we'll come out, look at the roof, and walk you through what we find with no obligation.
Can you help with storm or hail damage?
Yes. We inspect for wind and hail damage, document what we find, and can make temporary repairs to stop leaks. Your insurance company decides what a policy covers, so check with your insurer about your claim.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are completed in one to a few days, depending on size, weather, and any decking repairs found during tear-off. We'll give you a timeline with your estimate.
What areas do you serve?

Do you clean up after the job?
Yes. We protect landscaping where we can, haul away old roofing, and run magnets over the yard and driveway to pick up nails before we leave.
